1. Internal Communication Strategy
After making a diagnosis of the employees communication we design and develop a strategic plan and create tools with a main objective: share the company’s information and help improve the climate among employees, as well as create formal communication channels.
While developing the communications plan, we designed the processes for effective information and broadcast reception on each channel.
In this plan we create tools such as weekly Newsletter, Intranet interface, communications, presentations, letters of directors, birthday greetings and much more.
2. Change Management Strategy
Adidas Group, a multinational corporation that designs and manufactures shoes, clothing and accessories needed a strategic communication plan for their change management team when they were moving to a new central office.
We worked with the team to develop a detailed change communication plan for each step of the change and ensure alignment across the company´s information. We also developed a visual identity, key messages and tools.
3. Change Management For New Technology Implementation
The company was integrating to its administrative tools a technological platform (SAP) that required a communication plan for each step of the implementation and ensure aligment across internal projects.
The plan we design and worked with the Change Managment Team helped employees understand the scope of the new implementation and how does SAP worked.
We also design communication tools as Newsletters and Bulletin Boards (printed) so employees could read the project update every week and get the notice of the implementation.
